Dexona should not be used for weight gain and instead follow Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don’t apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

Kindly avoid taking medicines without a proper prescription. (especially steroids / antibiotics and painkillers should be taken only after the doctor's advise ). Ideally one should go for check up with the doctor who can physically examine and try to assess the problem and give appropriate treatment accordingly.

To
gain weight, you should eat every 2-3 hours. Have 6 -7 meals in a day with
healthy and high calorie foods. Include milkshakes, cheese sandwiches,
paneer or aloo parathas in your breakfast. Lunch and dinner should be 3 -
4 chapatis with vegetable, rice and dal. Add a sweetdish after meals. In
between snacks can be cookies, ice-creams, juices, dry fruits like kaju,
kismis, badaam, peanuts, dhoklas, idlis, bhelpuri, aloo chaat etc.
