Try reducing omnacortil if posible. Get your bone dexa scan, s calcium, s phosporus, alk phosphatase, vit d3 and b12 assessed to r/o any deficiency. Get adult immunization done. Keep up your activity as much as possible, sart b12 tab.

Get yourself checked for calcium, vitamin D and uric acid.
Popping in calcium supplements can be equally problematic and there could be malabsorption of calcium and other vital nutrients.
Make sure you diet is good enough and check with the doctor for DEXA scan.

Please rule out osteoporosis by doing a dexa scan and check vit d levels. If any of above are abnormal then you can correct it by supplementation, other wise disk prolapse needs physiotherapy or surgical correction.
