I am 65 years old. I am a chronic asthmatic. I am steroid dependent. Now I take Omnacortil 2.5 mg of steroid daily. I also take Triohale inhaler two times a day. If I do some extra walking I get nerve pulling in my toes and some times fingers. Climbing stairs is very difficult. . Please help me by providing good advice. Thanking you.

Try reducing omnacortil if posible. Get your bone dexa scan, s calcium, s phosporus, alk phosphatase, vit d3 and b12 assessed to r/o any deficiency. Get adult immunization done. Keep up your activity as much as possible, sart b12 tab.
