There is nothing to substitute for good adequate sleep. You are grossly mistaken if you think mechanical shortcuts can substitute natural methods of rest and healing. There is no such thing as a detox concept in modern allopathic medicine.

Not for detox per se. You can, however, put yourself on an exercise program, get adequate sleep, drink a lot of fluids in the form of water and juices, and do meditation. Anyway, you will detoxify quite naturally within a month of quitting.

Dear lybrate user. I do understand. You just smoked for 4 years. Your body is capable of repairing itself. But you should make sure that you do not smoke again. Your body must have started the repairing process on the next day of your quitting smoking. You could strengthen the process by exercising, having nutritious diet, drinking lots of water and fruit juices and never smoking again. Your lungs should be perfect within 6 months. Take care.
