You are using all creams which should be used for fungal infection. Panderm fourderm betnovateGM, itch gaurd can never treat fungal infection. It will suppress the disease but it will come up again plus it will thin the skin as well. Consult a qualified dermatologist with MD or DNB degree. It may take one month for complete cure.

You should not use one medicine with steroid to remove side effects of another medicine with steroid. How will you remove second medicine or cream's side effects. Better take homoeopathic treatment without side effects for it. I need more details about your symptoms to help you. You can consult me at Lybrate with pictures. Till than don't use make up or any other chemical products on skin.

You can apply aloe vera juice/gel from its leaf (fresh), not from ready made gels available in market. Remove skin of an aloe vera leaf. Take /scoop out gel. Apply this gel to your skin. Wash with plain water after an hour. Or keep it overnight.
Use some sunblock with spf (at least 50) every time you go out in sun. Apply it 30 mins before going out
wear full sleeves shirt.Use umbrella when going in sun.
For more details you can consult online.

You have been experimenting with so so many medicines for your fungal infection, most of which are not even antifungal... & even some are strong steroids with many adverse effects.

In all you have not been treated properly otherwise fungal infection is one of the simplest infection to treat.

Proper medicines with right duration of the treatment will definitely improve your infection.

Diarrhoea for more than 2 weeks is chronic diarrhoea and is less likely to be infective. However get a stool examination, usg abdomen done with the advise of a physician. Don't take antibiotics for long time, more than what has been prescribed.
