I cannot prescribe about medicines as I am a physiotherapist however you can do exercises for the upper limb ie. Elbow and finger. In general during the recovery phase the upper limbs will automatically go for tightness / spasticity.

The erection difficulty is due to side effect of beta blocker and calcium channel blocker. Here these medications are important to take, and alongwith your condition of mvp can cause extra load on your heart during sex. Ecosprin av and clopidogrel are required after a heart attack. Avoid these medicines unless you have received a coronary stent.
Flecainide is quite toxic for people who require blockage medicines. Amiodarone is usually very effective. Amiodarone treatment requires medical supervision.

Hi lybrate-user, as you say she was having st elevation and started on atorva and clopidogrel and afternoon 2 months st normal.
I would like to know the presentation at time of first ecg 2 months ago.
Would be better if you send me her both ecg / echo if done
also would like to know her risk factor before I advice you further management.

CeuvinA contains two blood-thinners, Clopidogrel and Aspirin, they need to be taken only if you have a stent or bypass or blockage in heart vessels and even in this case after one year only anti-platelet is required. The combination drug does put you at risk of having bleeding and Clopidogrel has higher chances of causing bleeding as compared to aspirin in gastric ulcer patients.
