I have seen the details given. I learn that you have Hypothyroidism and hypertension. But there is absolutely no mention of necessary details like T4, T3 & TSH levels, BP readings, dosage of Levothyroxine being taken and also dosage of other drugs taken. Without any of these details, it is difficult to give any opinion.
In pregnancy first choice drug for hypertension is Methyledopa, then Labetolo and Nifedipine. Olmesartan is contraindicated.

Nicardia and depin both contain nifidipine, difference is only of trade name. Nicardia retard is long acting.
Nifidipine AMD M-dopa both are safe in pregnancy. Take medicine as advised by your doctor.

Measure bo with another machine to confirm. If it is more than 200 you should meet a physician early.

You can change to amlodipine but amlodipine effect comes gradually over 2 weeks. So for first 2 weeks bp may be slightly high, but later it should work perfectly.

Since the gingival enlargement is one of the side effects of nifedipine. There are chances of recurrence. You can ask your physician to change nifedipine with any other antihypertensive drugs if possible.
