The doctor who has been treating you seems to have done a very good job. Based on what you say, it seems like psychosis induced by Cannabis and persisting even after you have stopped cannabis. So, if you go back to cannabis again the old symptoms have high chances of recurrence. Regarding your inability to pursue job, after training. It needs to be addressed by psychosocial rehabilitation. Discuss with your psychiatrist about your aims, your mental capacity in pursuing job, etc. All the best.
