You can take tab nodosis 500 twice daily. Take vegetarian diet avoiding fruit juices, protein 0.8g/kgbdwt, water intake equal to urine output daily, potassium and phosphorus low, ie avoid fruit juices, soups, added salt, pickle, cheese etc.
