Pediatric patients: High-risk medication:

KIDs List: Dicyclomine, when used in neonates and infants <6 months of age, is identified on the Key Potentially Inappropriate Drugs in Pediatrics (KIDs) list and should be avoided due to risk of apnea (strong recommendation; low quality of evidence) (PPA [Meyers 2020])

Sir, pedicloryl should not be used to put the babies to sleep. It can be life threatening in home based set up. So please discard it. Babies are usually more irritated at night and need handling.
In case the cry is continuous and not settling on handling look for a diaper change and hunger.
If cry is persistent do contact a doctor to rule out colic.
