After taking the high hormonal emergency pill one gets withdrawal bleeding 5 to 10 days later, and then a new cycle starts.-new counting.
Presence of withdrawal bleeding means no pregnancy by sex prior to it.

There is no fixed time in which one bleeds after taking ipill. Sometimes unexpected bleeding occurs more over it is not necessary. Next menstrual cycle can be early or delayed as side effects of the pill.

Hello, If you are not sexually active then you may opt for a withdrawal bleed with progesterones but the course itself is 5 days long and then bleeding shall occur in next 5-7 days post finishing the med course.

Hello, lease rule out pregnancy with a serum beta hcg test to be conclusive. If negative then she can opt for a progesterone withdrawal to resume menses.

You must have ovulated by this time. You can have intercourse in the last 8 days of cycle before menses of cycles are regular. Pills have to be started from beginning. Now it ll only support your pregnancy if you get pregnant.

Place a heating pad or hot water bottle on your lower back or abdomen.
Rest when needed.
Give yourself a little massage where it hurts.
Exercise-- get moving to relieve symptoms. Walking, running, yoga etc.
