l if you are a known case of rheumatoid arthritis these are not the medications you should be on. Naprosyn on long term is not good nor would it help control the disease. Since when you have the problem. Did you get your urine culture done if the treatment is according to your culture report then you should have improved. You have taken lot of medicine, I suggest you to consult your doctor again and please get your urine culture done again. For scrotum please use some support the best is langota. Take plenty of fluids near 2-3 Lts per day. You can consult me after urine culture report.
