Take her to your local physician and check her sugars immediately. If not possible, watch for symptoms of low sugar (tremors, uneasiness, sweating, hunger, giddiness) and if any of the symptoms are seen, give her sugar immediately.
Then visit your family physician for routine check up.

Dear lybrate-user as I can see your blood sugars are very much under control as per your recent reports, I suggest you to watch for low blood sugars symptoms (hypoglycemia). Till then you can continue the same regime #besafe.

Hello, thanks for the query.
Looking at these details I get a feeling of having answered the question earlier. The hba1c% is mentioned as %, so your hba1c% is 12.2 plus. 306 mg means average glucose that is present in the blood. This shows you have very badly controlled diabetes. This needs to be treated with oral drugs plus a short course of insulin for 3 to 4 months. Once glucose level is brought under control, then it can be discontinued. Ayurvedic drugs and diet control, exercise will no...more

Hello, Thanks for the query.
It is bit strange to know that you are taking Glimiperide as well as Gliclazide as both drugs are similar in action. I do not understand how such a prescription is given. Any ways if you want to take any multivitamin it is finr. Thanks.

According to the treatment you are getting, I can see the effort of your doctor. I think you should consider taking insulin atleast for one time in a day to control it along with your medication. As you have hba1c of 10.8, it's good for your health to start insulin atleast once daily. Pls consult to your doctor about it or you can consult me online m.

Dear lybrate-user Ji, presently no alternative is available due to ban on the above mentioned combination. But based on your current sugar levels and other details it would be possible to put you on some other drug.

Usha ji, Thanks for the query.
Majority of the medications used in treating diabetes are quite safe. So you can use these without any worry. Since there is absolutely no information given about important things like fasting, PP glucose, HbA1c%, height, weight, extent of daily exercise and diet pattern, no further comment can be made. Thanks.
