daflon may cause erectile dysfunction as it is a venotonic drug. for haemmorrhoids you can use some topical ointments. use either leosulpride or itopride. no need to use both a same time.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
Hemorrhoids are a chronic disease, meaning the symptoms persist for a long time and are constantly recurring. If you have experienced recurring bouts of hemorrhoids, your hemorrhoids likely won't go away on their own. Left untreated, hemorrhoids often get worse over time – and therefore harder to treat.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

Anal fissure and piles can be together so don’t be under misconception that if you have haemorrhoids you cannot have fissure it is necessary for you that you get yourself examined by a surgeon to rule out fistula or abscess - meanwhile you can take tablet cremalax once before sleep and apply white vaseline at anus twice daily.
