Hello.
Daflon is useful in acute haemorrhoidal crisis like bleeding, pain and swelling. It's very useful for symptomatic relief but not the permanent treatment. Dosage is 500 mh twice a day for two weeks followed by once a day for two more weeks. Take lots of fluids and fruits, avoid red meat. Do sits baths thrice a day with warm saline water. Apply sheild cream locally. You can take some stool softener granules like softovac.

In most of there cases of piles one should try non surgical treatment and if it fails only then surgery is required. Most important aspect of treatment is avoiding constipation. Apart from medicine diet has very important role. Take high fibre diet and plenty of fluid and avoid very spicy or oily food. Eat plenty of fruits, salads and green vegetable. Drink lot of coconut water.

If there is chronic fissure than go for surgery, its takng hardly 5-10 min nd you never got again this fissure.
