Hello sir thanks for writing to us for your health concerns to Lybrate. I can understand your concern and will try to help you sort out your problems. Vitamin D capsules to be taken once in a week. Repeat next week. 4 tablets you need to take in a month. Afterwards you need to repeat next 4 tablets every month. Repeat vitamin D after one month and 3 months after. For vitamin d levels as low as 4, I would suggest arachitol injection of 6 lac units taken once every 15 days for 3 cycles. Follow up with the satchet later on. Also take diet consisting of ragi, fruits, milk and milk products. Add some regular exercise.
