*excessive sebum production (sebum is oily secretion from the gland).
*Due to hormonal imbalance.
These are the methods & instructions to avoid pimples:

Hi you should start isotretinoin 20 mg capsules 1 daily after dinner for 4-5 months. At night you can apply adapalene + benzoyl peroxide gel on affected areas. Use salicylic acid+glycolic acid based facewash twice in a day. Continue using clindamycin gel in the morning and also apply sunscreen in daytime. You can undergo chemical peeling treatment if your acnes don't get better once in every 2-3 weeks for 4-5 sittings.
