Good evening lybrate-user. I will begin straight with the answer, yes, isotretinoin can cause irregularities in your menstrual cycles. It would be advisable to stop it for the time being. You are also breastfeeding your baby so I would recommend you to stop acutret for now. Also, re consult your dermatologist as well as your gynaecologist. There may be many different reasons for your cycle irregularities including stress, lack of sleep or proper diet in addition to other factors.

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash once in a day.
Use sunscreen with spf 30 daily.
Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week.
You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

please don't self treat. The treatment of acne differs according to the grade of involvement. Some people have more oilyness on the face which results in breakouts. After completing treatment for controlling the active breakouts, tablets can be stopped and creams need to be continued to prevent recurrence. Diet and lifestyle modifications are also important.
