Hi lybrate-user. Yes you can take 500 ml of double toned milk in a day. The amount of vitamin A you need depends on your age and reproductive status. Recommended intakes for vitamin A for people aged 14 years and older range between 700 and 900 micrograms (mcg) Recommended intakes for women who are nursing range between 1,200 and 1,300.

Hello dear Lybrate user,
Warm welcome to Lybrate.com
I have evaluated your query thoroughly.* Dexamethasone is a steroid which will work as heroin or cocaine in your sex drive, after use of it you will be dependent upon it, so not recommended at all.* Cyproheptidine can be taken but it is not the absolute medication for this issue. Hope this clears your query. Wishing you fine recovery. Welcome for any further assistance. Regards take care.
