Since ADHD children are very hperkinaetic, you should avoid giving them sugar/ jagery/ chocolates and junk. Give them - flex seeds
- food rich in proteins like (pulses, dal, egg/ chicken)
- carrot / milk omega 3 fatty acids. I would also advice you to start with syp calcimax p 7.5 ml thrice daily as majority of the kinds with adhd have deficient calcium.

Take dashmool kwath 30 ml with 1 teaspoon of castor oil at bed time.(note: if history of loose motion then don't add castor oil or take my advise)

If baby is breast fed only or getting some cow's milk or formula milk or calcium syrup. You should withhold everything except breast feed. Secondly if stools are not hard, then it's ok with once a week frequency for stools, if baby is breast fed only.

As for water it's definitely good to have water on waking up to help hydration of your body and start metabolism for the day. Depending on it exclusively for curing and illness is not right though.

Daily recommended dose is 400 iu so if 1 ml contains 800 iu then dose will be 0.5 ml 1 ml = 20 drops so 0.5 ml = 10 drops you can give it 0.5 ml = 10 drops once daily dose schedule or you can give it 0.25 ml = 5 drops two times per day schedule.
