Hi make a paste of neem leaves and apply on the targeted pimples. If you cannot get fresh neem leaves, try to get some dried bottled neem leaves, steep for 10 minutes in warm water and use as a paste. Apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water.

take homoeopathic mother tincture acid phos q, 30 drops, thrice daily, after meals in a cup of water.
Try to get a un-interrupted sleep of 8 hours daily.
Drink a lots of water daily.
If you have a habit of masturbation then you should not masturbate for more than twice in a week.
Abstain from any type of addiction if you have any.

Simple cold for 2 days need not be cause for panic. Simple measures like good rest, avoiding pollution, crowding and exertion will help. Otc medication like sinerest or simple paracetamol for 2-3 days will help. If new complaints emerge you may see a physician. That will be more useful than depending on app. Risk can be handled by above measures only.
