1. 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). Or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't drink water before meals. This medicine have more than one use and first you should specify for what reason are you giving..
Second thing it is very dangerous to give any medication without doctor's prescription as you might not be aware of the side effects...
If you are trying to save doctor consultation charges then you may have to loose more than that...
So better consult and take proper treatment..

When people want to make changes towards better health ( both mental and physical) they fell they have to do big tasks and changes to get there and feel overwhelmed. Think about taking one tiny step every single day, may be drinking more water, spending 5 minutes in mindful meditation, 10 minutes of exercise... give your body and mind a chance and do it slowly but surely.

Tab. Keraglo Men once daily for 3 months.
Hair spray Qilib Men Solution 6-8 sprays once daily at night for one month.
Increase protein diet& green leafy vegetables.
Anaphase Shampoo / VICHY DERCOS Energising (Anti- Hair Loss) Shampoo.
Blood Test- Haemoglobin, Thyroid.
If Bald Patches:- Tugain 5% Solution for application 1 ml at night for one month.
For Dandruff- KETRAL 2% Scalp Solution / Keraglo AD Shampoo for application three times in a week for wash.
