Need to get yourself evaluated for any underlying genetic abnormality for recurrent dvt. If found you will need to continue warf to maintain your inr between 2-3. Better to consult a surgeon get yourself freshly investigated if not done already and then make an assessment about the future plan of your treatment.

Hi. May be the question is not very clear but what I understand is that you were prescribed clofranil and Fludac for treatmemt of ED and PME rather as a side effect of these medicines. Hence further clarity is required.
For both the problem better you meet either a urologist or psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and management.

You have to be under neurologist /cardiologist care. Kindly have regular check=ups with them--tell the above problems to them--have investigations and treatment as they prescribe. Don't go for over the counter drugs for these problems. You can have a good normal life with regular prompt supervised treatment. Be happy and confident.
