One shoe size does not fit all. Similarly one diet or any recommendation from others should not be taken personally unless given by any expert.

these tablets shall give you temporary results unless you are willing to take them for life time. What works best is a healthy diet and exercise programe specially designed for you.

If you can include a good pre workout meal approx 30-45 mins before workout caffeine should not be required.

Dear , caffine is acting mainly on nervous system .It did not effwct the skin directly. In execess amount it cause the consriction of blood vessel that cause the less supply in skin and causing coldness of hands and feet .
Soa avoid taking caffine 3 times a day.Take it once a day for it beneficial effect.

Mr. Lybrate-user, best method for increasing memory is to learn a technique of visualisation, where you visulise the page or paragraph that has been read or studied, that is create a mental picture in front of your closed eyes, and memorise it.
