on regular basis .Ur BP remain in control.
But before tht .Ur age is very less for hypertension. First evaluate urself for the cause of early hypertension.

Both are good choices. My preference is for telmisartan single drug treatment for young person
what other care are you taking for high bp? Tests, diet etc. Maybe take an online consult if you want more details and thorough opinion.

If the combination is benefiting you and as of now has not caused any electrolyte abnormalities, then please continue with it, because it is a very good combination. And remain in regular follow up with your doctors and ask them to advise you blood tests to keep a watch on electrolytes so that you can be assured.

Hello keep it on daily basis, Can reduce it to 1/ 2 daily and continue the same for 3 months atleast.
Afterwards remove CTD component and continue only 20 mg telmisartan. Later with life style modifications and diet you would be able to wean of from medication.
Keep your Cardiologist in loop during the process and follow his/her advice.

since you are on tripple combination and telista ch already purchased separate 5 mg amlodepine can be taken along with telistach. Since contain diuretic with telmisartan can be taken in the morning along with amlodepine. This three medicine include different class given in uncontrolled hypertension. Since you are 72 years ocasional andsodium and potassium and may be tested. This combination are relatively safe drugs.
