Telmisartan plus Amlodepine (TELMA AM) is a good and safe combination. The other tablet mentioned is Losartan + Hydrochlothiazide. That too is good. Doctor must have changed to newer drug for getting better control. But if she is not comfortable with that, she can take the earlier combination. Thanks.

First confirm the diagnosis of scabies as paedatric scabies has different picture than adults. Someone in your house must be having scabies for this transmission to happen. At one month of age, the only approved drug is colloidal sulphur (8% to 10%) in white vaseline to be applied for 3 continuous days with 12 hours gap. Nothing else is needed.
