Yes it cn get delayed so you should tke proper diet to cope up frm pill side effects. Hve jaggery, fruits, multivitamin.

Palpitation as such is not a matter of concern to get vaccine. But it is better to know cause of palpitation.

Don't take vaccination with fever, cough and cold. Second dose can be taken 12-16 weeks later from first dose. So even if your 84 days has crossed, you can wait for your symptoms to get subsided. You can also do a crp test before vaccination. If it's normal, you can take the vaccine.
