Yes you can get covid vaccine but I would advise you to go for covaxin rather than covishield. It doesn't mean that one vaccine is better than the other. This advice is specific to you considering the rare side effects observed in covishield.

Dear lybrate-user, both covishield and covaxin does not contain egg components, so they are safe in egg allergy patients, and low bp is not a contraindication to vaccination. You can take the vaccination, it just that you inform the health care person available there about your allergy so that they can monitor you post vaccination.

There is absolutely no issue in taking any covid vaccine while consuming arginex-f. Only some mild symptoms have been reported by most people after vaccination. It is important to get vaccinated as soon as possible.

It is safe to take. However, it is better to get your blood pressure controlled .low blood pressure is not good either. Do speak to the doctor before taking the vaccine so that you can be monitored.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
First-dose recipients of covaxin don't need to restart their vaccination schedule if the gap between doses goes beyond the recommended 4-6 week interval, a top public health official has said. Experts also stressed that delay in taking a second dose of covishield or covaxin does not render the first shot ineffective.

The covid-19 vaccines presently available in india, i.e. Covishield and covaxin are classified as inactivated (non-live) vaccines. Theoretically, administration of these vaccines to breastfeeding women should not render any harm to the breastfed infant.

Yes you can take the vaccine as such. Which ever is available to you ,u can take it because taking vaccine has less sideeffects than getting covid l histidine, hidtindine hydrochloride, magnesim chloride hexahydrate, polsorbate 80, edta, sucrose, nacl, these are the components of covishield
unless you have any allergies with these components there is no as such contraindiction of vaccine. If after the first dose allergy develops then the second dose should be stopped. Or atleast given with e...more
