you can take your 2nd dose on 10th of may. Continue to take your multivitamins vitamin c and b complex vitamins along with zinc supplements for 1 month. Note all vitamins to be taken 1st thing in the morning for best results.

It is absolutely not advisable to skip the second dose if there was no side effects after the first one. It is advised to keep a close watch for any side effects, in which case please visit the nearest hospital immediately as they are manageable in most of the cases.
