I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
Purpura occurs when small blood vessels burst, causing blood to pool under the skin. This can create purple spots on the skin that range in size from small dots to large patches. Purpura spots are generally benign, but may indicate a more serious medical condition, such as a blood clotting disorder.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

Hello Lybrate user,
smoking and drinking do no have any connection to the effect of the vaccines. You should take the vaccines as they are available for you. In fact smoking damages the lungs and there is more risk for complications if they get covid-infection. So you should take the vaccine.

Both are good. Better to take which vaccine is available to you. After vaccination he might complaints of fever ,bodyache and pain at the site of injection. Give him tab paracetamol for that. And if drink then ask him not to for 45 days. And take all the safety measures for covid i.e. Mask, hand sanitation and social distancing.
