You can. However treatment depends on the grade. Acne or pimples. Due to hormonal changes. Oily skin causes it. Common in adolescent age. May occur in adults also. Usually if allergic reactions are triggered few moments after the vaccination or the same day. Make sure to inform the vaccination provider about this and wait atleast an hour after you get your 2nd dose.

we don't see any unusual to give covaxin in patients on thyroxin...allergic reaction to any killed vaccine / inactivated vaccine - are the peculiar thing u shall rule out ...otherwise thyroxin shall not cause any issue

you should avoid travel around 120 km complete up down. It will harm you.
Get bed rest for at least 5 days.
Eat high protein diet.
Rx
tab paracitamol 500 mg
1 tab orally 12 hourly for 3 days
tab a to z
1 tab orally 12 hourly for 10 days

Both covaxin and covishield are safe and effective vaccines as per scientific data. Who approvals and travel clearances are a matter of paperwork and doesn't diminish it's efficiency. How long it will take to receive clearance can only be answered by who officials. On the other hand, incidences of blood clot with covishield has only been seen in some rare cases and there are barely any such cases reported till date in india.
