In my opinion you can take it in morning but it's better to get it confirmed by your treating doctor.

You need to mention, whether your pregnancy were confirmed after missed period or not, through upt or beta hcg test.

In IVF, 12-14 days after embryo transfer of Day 5 - day 3 embryos respectively beta hcg value of healthy pregnancy should be more than 100 in absence of hcg injection.
These values are far too loo and likely because of hcg injections.
Sorry its a failed attempt with IVF.
