It could be chicken pox/ measels so get her checked by your local doctor. Meanwhile give her tablet paracetamol 500 mg two or three time a day for temparature control.

Yes it is dangerous as well as self limiting disease too.
In that you need to take care that the patient drinks more and more water...at least 3-4 liters in a day.
And maintain proper diet.
It will take 7-8 days from the day-1...to cure.

You have developed dengue. Dengue doesn't have any specific treatment. If you have fever take Paracetamol. If there is nausea take tab domperidone twice daily. Otherwise have to take rest and drink lot of fluids like coconut water. It is very important to get your platelet count checked every alternate day. If it falls you should get admitted for observation.

No immediate danger, but platelet can suddenly reduce anytime. If is safe to vet hospitalised for 2 or 3 days. If no, get platelet count done daily. Drink lot of fruit juices and also have proteins. Follow up with your doctor daily.
