Yes it is good for him.& it will affect the blood pressure mildly. But.
In general every patient who has a significant blockage in the heart or has a history of heart attack should be on at least 4 types of medications

Concor 2.5 mg tablet can cause heart failure and reduced flow of blood to the especially in people having a heart disease. Suitable dose adjustment and safety monitoring might be required based on the severity of the disease.

It is no due to the tablet concert. It may be due to some infection. Please give ORS sufficiently. If more loose motion occur consult with me for antibiotics and other medicine

Do lifestyle changes. First of all u should change your eating habits like
1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). ) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do.
2. Don't Overeat
3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U can eat whatever ur mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is ur tradition...more

the symptoms you are experiencing are suggestive of anxiety spectrum. However, self medication with clonazepam doesn't seem to be a wise option. With proper history and examination, a psychiatrist will be better able to help you considering a similar family history in your mother.
