The use of ciprofloxacin or ibuprofen is not recommended for an infant and if he has pus it needs antibiotics and he pus will heal.

Hi Raju. Most of the times the pain after vaccination is mild and hence plain paracetamol drops or syrup is good enough for pain relief so according to the baby's weight you can administer paracetamol drops for the baby rather than more potent ibugesic plus.

Hello,
take homoeopathic medicines - schwabe's alpha-cf, biocombination-6 and sbl's cough lozenges, both thrice a day for 4-5days.
Avoid rough use of voice.
Avoid cold food/ drinks.

Ibugesic plus is anti pyretic whic brings down temperature for 4 to 6 hours. If your baby has no other symptom, fever may be seasonal viral; plain paracetamol 150 mg 6 hourly is sufficient else you may consult pediatrician.
