With cetriine give paracetamol syp and not maxtra p. Was swine flu confirmed by lab test. Write age of the child.

Ibugesic plus is anti pyretic whic brings down temperature for 4 to 6 hours. If your baby has no other symptom, fever may be seasonal viral; plain paracetamol 150 mg 6 hourly is sufficient else you may consult pediatrician.
