• steamed vegetables
• banana at breakfast daily.
• Cut down on coffee, milk products.

1. Econorm sachet three times daily for next 7 days
2. Tab amitryptyline 50 mg at bedtime
3. Avoid milk/milk products for the time being. You can have more curd in your diet though.
4. Tab normaxin twice daily for next 7 days.
Then onwards if symptoms persist you will need detailed evaluation 1. Stool routine
2. Stool for ova/cyst
3. Other blood test.

or was the report just given on colonoscopy? have you done any stool test recently. Because it seems like you have recurrent diarrhea and if indeed it is infective colitis there are very few reasons why it would continue for such a long time?

2. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it.
