Yes these are covid symptoms. Keep an eye on oxygen level. 1. Do saline gargles daily.

from what you describe your mother had 3 courses of antibiotics along with steroids and medication to help with her breathing. Dear lybrateuser,
- Do steam inhalation twice a day
- avoid all cold fluids including aerated drinks, have more of warm fluids like tea, coffee, milk, soup
- avoid spicy, fried, sour & junk food
- take tablet paracetamol if pain is more - take syrup Benadyl, 2 teaspoonful three times a day
- have 7-8 glasses of water per day for proper hydration.

For fever take one tablet paracetamol 650 mg and can repeat it after eight hours as and when needed and For dry cough I will suggest you to take syp Ascoril-D 2.5 ml and can repeat after a gap of six hours as and when required.
