Yes paracetamol is not helpful. You should also take blood test CBC MP at least.

only paracetamol for fever. honey and lemon juice for cold. no ginger tea as ginger or Turmeric water can cause miscarriage
get blood tested for typhoid if Fever stays for more than 3 days
total bed rest
lots of fluids like ors, clear soups and beverages with diluted toned milk
no heavy foods
basic hygiene. sponging or bath and cotton to wear
avoid synthetic clothes as they invite heat
stay indoors away from pollution

Cold is due to virus, symptoms of cold can be reduced by antihistamines. Paracetomol helps with body pains. Take rest and have lot of fluids. Take care.

For cold take tablet cetrizine at night and For cough take syp ascoril-D 2.5 ml twice a day and For fever take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and take cp amoxicillin 500 mg 1-1 for five days

Whenever there is mucous discharge from the nostrils I will suggest you to take one tablet of cetrizine at night and For dry cough I will suggest you to take syp Ascoril-D 2.5 ml and can repeat after a gap of six hours as and when required

You should use crocin drop for fever and pain if needed but not before 6 hr. Coriminic drop you may continue for cold. If synonyms persist consult a pediatrician.

Throat problem? Pain in throat may be due to Allergy cum infection in throat. Through examination of throat is required. If required after taking throat swab for culture and sensitivity, accordingly antibiotics and Antihistamincs , Analgesics can be given.
