Only your hba1c average blood glucose, triglycerides and alp are not in range. Remaining all tests are almost normal and nothing to fear about.
You need to start insulin as your hba1c is not in the limit. Actually maintaining 12 years on oral diabetic drugs is appreciative. Average blood sugar is 194 which need to be controlled immediately. withdrawing from codeine and alprazolam is not all that easy. It has to be done slowly over few weeks. You need tablets, injections and supportive therapy to face the withdrawal symptoms. Please get admitted to nearest deaddiction centre or hospital. After discharge, you can follow up online.
