Hello, Dr. namste, I am suffering from fungal infection (pimples) on scalp, I had use megapen 500 mg for five days many times. But it dose not solve, after 5 days use its mitigate for some month then again restart, do not have any medicine for permanently solved to this, I am from nepal. Thank you.

Dear Mr. lybrate-user
fungal infection and pimples are two different conditions. I think you are confused between the two. Please share pictures via online consultation.
Also, avoid popping antibiotics pills like candy as it will only lead to more antimicrobial resistance, let alone curing your fungal infection.

do cbc , inform report. take sinarest one at night for 3 days.take crocin 650 mg one sos for high fever, honitus 2 tsf 2 times a day for 5 days. consult physician if not ok.

It looks like you have ingrown toe nail. If it is infected and there is pain then above medicines might help.

Hi lybrate-user, you may be suffering from allergic rhinitis. You just take montelukast and levocetrizine tablet. And use fluticasone nasal spray. You vl be fine. And continue use it for 2 week. Then ask me I vl reduce the doses.

Both r antibiotics. Mild discharge may b present for sometime after birth and if it is persistent by 2 n 1/2 years also there s no harm taking a course of antibiotics.

The white ulcers in the mouth cavity is due to gutka stop immediately only antibiotices will not help you avoid hot spicy food have a mouth full of saesame oil hold for some mins and spit do this twice a day cap becasules one daily
tab yastimadhu 1 twice a day one month
a biopsy of ulcer for histopathology is to be done if it does not heal.

Its been two days since I have been doing this but I can't see any improvement rather the swelling has increased and I am having really difficult time even to sit and walk. Its burning.
