There are multiple causes for redness n itching on glans penis. Without photographs n a proper history it's not possible to tell what exactly the problem is. Candid b is a combination of steroid n antifungal, so ideally shouldn't be used even if you r suspecting a fungal infection, as steroid will worsen the infection.
