There are multiple causes for redness n itching on glans penis. Without photographs n a proper history it's not possible to tell what exactly the problem is. Candid b is a combination of steroid n antifungal, so ideally shouldn't be used even if you r suspecting a fungal infection, as steroid will worsen the infection. Consultant a dermatologist (online or clinic) n get a proper evaluation done.

Sweat is a normal discharge of the body it has nothing to do with deficiencies. With age the metabolism of the body changes that is the only reason you feel that it has become sticky. And the itching you feel is because you sweat in your groin it cloggs pores and attracts dirt which causes itching. So just keep that area clean especialy during this weather.

Hello Lybrate user, most of the time a white patch on your skin could be just dryness related, sun damage or a fungal infection. Make sure to moisturise well, sun protection with a cap or helmet and if a fungal infection was suspected I would go in for a plain clotrimazole cream rather than the combination. Hope I answered your question. T.c.
