You can eat all varieties of food. Food rich in multivitamins are always beneficial. E. G carrots, salads, green leafy vegetables etc.
Also food rich in omega3 fatty acids is useful. E. G. Walnut, spinach, flax seed etc.
If you wish, you can also take a multivitamin supplement.

For optimal brain function eat lean proteins which you get from dals, soya, tofu, mushrooms, dairy etc. Walnuts, flaxseed and chia seeds will give you much needed omega3 fatty acids. Vit b 12 another important vitamins is found in algae like spirulina or supplements. You need to have vit d 3 supplements or getting some sun daily.

Please do not stop or cut down on medicine without doctor's advice. Secondly along with medicines attending psychotherapy will help. Learn to overcome the obessive thoughts.
