escitalopram and clomipramine can cause ed. You have to compromise between ocd/depression and ed. Which is better for your quality of life. Are you married? Are you planning to have a child? If so and if you are having benefit with these drugs, you can try sildenafil for sexual intercourse. Please discuss with the same doctor treating ocd. No need to consult sexologist unless referred.

Dear user if you donât want to take medication for life time then please wake up yourself, medicines are not a perfect solution for mental health, you have to work on your own, your will power, your mind and thoughts. Get your serum sodium and potassium level tested. Consult your psychiatrist about possibility of initiating psychotherapy with psychologist. That would help your symptoms and might help to decrease medicine dosage to some extent eventually. Causing relief from the symptoms you have narrated.

Ur wife is taking good combination of medicine. If it is not working than u can go for 75 mg of clonil and tab. Sizodon ls in place of serenace. Go for counselling(bt)also.
