Clonafit is clonazepam which is used for short term control. On a longer run it is harmful. It can produce tolerance (reducing effect), early dementia, disinhibited behaviour, withdrawal seizures too. I am not sure how you got hooked on to it. Consult a psychiatrist, as for long term anxiety control SSRI or SNRI group of medications are indicated which are given after detailed assessment. All the best.

Dear Sunil,
It may not be a withdrawal of melzap after just 5 days. Did you have this kind of restless feeling before taking melzap? If so, you need to consult your doctor again to diagnose and treat your anxiety issues. It might be due to drug side effect, your medical issues and also psycho-social issues. Let it be diagnosed properly.

Though lonazep is a mild drug both are respiratory depressants and can cause medical concerns and issues if taken within short time of each other. So better avoid. Good luck

This seems to be a case of focal seizures and the triggering factor is either prolonged exposure to light or stress. Avoidance of the triggering factors is of prime importance. You have been prescribed clonazepam and that's quite apt.
As said this is best cured by avoidance of precipitating factors and taking medications when they do occur.
Take care.

It is a good decision to taper off clonazepam. If you have started taking it for relief from depressed, please practice few relaxation techniques. In that way, you can keep your depressed to an optimum level to function properly.
