Do sports (at home, if you feel more confortable) but 3x 30min/week.
Eat more greens, oilseeds, fresh fruits and food rich in magnesium such as: raw spinach, fish, beans, lentils, avocados, brown rice, bananas, figs and chocolate.
If you have a pet, cuddle with it more often and take care of it. It will make you shift your focus from anxiety to something else.
Try to catch the sun everyday for 10mins.
Check your levels of vit D and B12 (adjust with supplements if needed).

Just check by reducing the dose slightly as it can be due to anxiety or due to some anticholinergic side effects of clomipramine. But mind that clomipramine is a wonder drug for ocd and if ocd worsens, just continue the same dose as life with ocd is more difficult than life with poor episodic memory.

Is your doctor a psychiatrist, if so, get another opinion, if not consult a psychiatrist as the combination seems somewhat not in resonance to what you have mentioned. May be the doctor got better information from your Brother, a psychiatrist will be the right person. All the best.

The most effective solution for dealing with anxiety for me personally was waking up early. I am not a morning person but once I tried this, I was surprised how good this made me feel. It helped me find peace and calm myself down. Having so much time in my hand I could do small things that made me happy and I felt a sense of accomplishment just by waking up early.
