Hello,
Clofranil dose of 25 mg is very low dose. Depression worsens over time if not treated adequately so medicine don't worsen it, its the depression worsening which is not adequately treated. Medicine will either show no response or will improve your condition. You need to be in regular follow up of a psychiatrist. They are safe to combine, but clofranil is given for obsessive thoughts and not for panic. If they are given by a psychiatrist, do tke them. Else get another opinion. Good luck.
