Do a urine pregnancy test and see your doctor. Some women do complain of bloating in early pregnancy but it is not confirmatory of pregnancy. A blood test i.e. Serum beta-hcg confirms pregnancy.

You seem to be having good follicle. It will rupture you don'€™t have to think too much. It can take 6 months for pregnancy to happen.

You can take clomiphene but follicular monitoring is a must when you are on an ovulation inducing drugs. The chances of conception in one ovulatory cycle is around 8 percent.

Clofert tablet from day 2 of periods for 5 days. Yes you can take. You should do a follicular monitoring scan from day 9 every alternate days. Till the size of follicle is above 18 mm.
