Hi lybrate-user,
if you are looking for changing tone of entire body completly it is highly improbable. Though slight improvement can be achieved by oral supplements. If you want to lighten a specific body area, there are many ways for it. For skin darkening, many treatment modes are available. There are creams to be applied locally, which I can prescribe to you. Hello, Skin pigmentation is very common is people on clofazamine. The half life of clofazamine is 70 days. So it may take anywhere between 3-6 month for the pigmentation to reduce. During this time you have to use sunscreen, there are some depigmenting creams which may also help. Consult a certified dermatologist.

Hello Clofazamine can cause skin pigmentation. But usually it get reversed in 3-6 month time. From creams containing hydroquinone to milder ones of Kojic acid, niacinamide, arbutin. There is options of glutathione injections to oral tablets with vitamin C, also laser toning also gives good results. But would suggest you to wait few more months before these treatments. You can use sunscree three times a day till then.
