Hello Clofazamine can cause skin pigmentation. But usually it get reversed in 3-6 month time. From creams containing hydroquinone to milder ones of Kojic acid, niacinamide, arbutin. There is options of glutathione injections to oral tablets with vitamin C, also laser toning also gives good results. But would suggest you to wait few more months before these treatments.
