Please do not take BP medications like this. It is wrong.
You have to treat the root cause and not the symptoms you have to treat the whole patient and not the disease change your lifestyle and diet. Stop all dairy products
cut down animal products
eat a plant based diet
exercise daily
sleep for 8 hrs do meditation and yoga for specific lifestyle and dietary advice take a consult and you will be off any BP medications within a weeks time.
