It depends on grade of the haemorrhoids which can be confirmed only on local examination. Anyway this will work with any grade. Take plenty of fluids, fibre rich diet, daily walking, sitz bath, a short course of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medication with additional laxatives. Kindly make a personal consultation to me regarding the specific medication and surgical opinion.

Take any multivaitamin of any brand that also contains chromium, selenium n zinc. Also take vitamin e, vit c n whey protein.

- you can take but avoid intake of supplements as they are not of much help unless known deficiency is there rather have a well balanced diet which provides the various vitamins & minerals & are absorbed better from the gut with out causing any side effects.

If you eat a healthy balanced meal, as per your requirement you don’t need to take any multivitamin.
You can follow these diet things during your routine
Include vegetable Dalia, oats, veg poha, vegetables soup, sauted vegetables.

Your glucose levels seem to be very well controlled. I hope hba1c% is also quite good. As regards taking multivitamins there are many brands, any of those is fine. Most important is to take a healthy diet and good amount of green leafy vegetables and salads. Thanks.
