Do not use betnovate C as it is not ment for such spots. Start using creams based of glycolic acid which helps in removing dark spots. Plus start using a good 50spf sunscreen plus add on a good moisturiser to. your routine. If your spots seems deep. You can visit a nearest doctor and get done some sessions of laser.

No. You can apply aloe vera juice/gel from its leaf (fresh), not from ready made gels available in market. Remove skin of an aloe vera leaf. Take /scoop out gel. Apply this gel to your skin. Wash with plain water after an hour. Or keep it overnight.
Use some sunblock with spf (at least 50) every time you go out in sun. Apply it 30 mins before going out

Dear lybrate-user, do not apply any steroid based face glowing cream without doctor consultations. If you use for long time your skin become sensitive. You can use kojic acid based cream on your face twice day for few months. Use good quality sunscreen regularly.
